About OTI

In 2017, founder Kristie Walker realised that there was a gap in the investigations industry: the sector was crying out for good quality investigations done well, on time and to budget, with sound findings and well written reports. She started OTI to provide the level of quality service she would have liked to be able to access in her years in the sector, and has been providing outstanding investigation services ever since.

In 2019, after being asked by numerous clients to share her expertise, Kristie started providing training in investigation, complaints management and related skill areas to a wide array of clients

In 2020, Kristie became a Nationally Accredited Mediator and OTI began offering Mediation, and in 2022 added Conflict Coaching to our suite of services. 

We are driven by a mission to make Australian workplaces better places to be, by supporting and teaching the people who work in them how to navigate tricky processes like investigations, complaints management and conflict.
