Kristie Walker is the Founder and Director of On Track Investigations, a workplace investigations, dispute resolution and training organisation specialising in providing outstanding, quality, timely, and value for money services to the Australian Federal, State and Local Government and not for profit sectors. After many years of working in the public sector herself, managing complaints and conducting investigations, Kristie became frustrated with the quality of some of the work she was seeing. After countless times rewriting investigations, Kristie became passionate about creating a no compromise offering that delivered quality, customer focused and well written investigation reports. This led to the launch of On Track Investigations, which seeks to raise the bar on public sector investigations, dispute resolution and training services.
Kristie has a strong commitment to the important work of the public and not for profit sectors and assisting sector leaders to develop and manage their human capital, including training, conflict resolution, and where necessary, investigation and disciplinary processes. With over fifteen years experience working in the public sector across state and federal government organisations in portfolios as diverse as health, transport, disability services, rail safety, and ageing Kristie has an unrivalled and in-depth understanding of the sectors. Additionally, Kristie holds a Certificate IV in Investigations (Government), a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, and is a nationally accredited Mediator.
On Track Investigations’ clients keep coming back for Kristie’s customer focused approach, her commitment to service, quality and accuracy in her work, and her honesty and integrity. Kristie prides herself on delivering a robust, best practice investigation process and some of the best quality investigation reports in the market. Kristie’s unique skill set, combined with a diligent and empathetic approach have made On Track Investigations a stand out provider in the industry.
